DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the stove to 350˚F.
- Bring 5 quarts of drinking water to some boil. Salt drinking water once boiling, adding pasta. Make for al dente consistency, about 8 moments. Drain pasta.
- Mix prepared ziti in a big dish with ricotta 2 glasses of mozzarella and 4 glasses of sauce, reserving another from the cheese along with a mug of sauce to best dish.
