Ingredients

  • 200 g meat steak ,cut into little strips

Marinating

  • 1.5 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp. lighting soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. floor pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp. Chinese language cooking wines ,Shaoxing wine
  • 2 tsp. corn starch
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil

Side Ingredients

  • vegetable cooking essential oil ,as needed
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 fresh natural peppers ,take away the seed products and finely shredded
  • 1/4 reddish onion ,shredded
  • 1/2 tsp. newly ground dark pepper


Instructions
