- 200 g meat steak ,cut into little strips
Marinating
- 1.5 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp. lighting soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. floor pepper
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tbsp. Chinese language cooking wines ,Shaoxing wine
- 2 tsp. corn starch
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
Side Ingredients
- vegetable cooking essential oil ,as needed
- 2 garlic cloves
