Ingredients
White Cake Formula Ingredients
- 14 oz AP flour
- 2 1/2 tsp cooking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 oz unsalted butter space temp
- 14 oz sugar
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 egg whites fresh not really boxed at space temp
- 10 oz dairy room temp
- 2 oz veggie oil
Easy Buttercream Frosting
- 1 mug pasteurized egg whites space temperature
- 2 pounds powdered sugar
- 2 lbs unsalted butter space temperature
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
Gold Drip
- 6 oz whitened chocolate
- 1 oz tepid to warm water
- 1 tsp warm brownish food coloring
- 2 tsp really mad plastics very gold
- 1 Tbsp everclear lemon draw out or rose drinking water may be used
Instructions

- Place butter inside a stand mixer having a paddle connection and lotion until easy. Sprinkle within your sugar and allow whip on higher until lighting and whitened (about five minutes)
- Mix your flour, cooking powder and sodium and reserve
- Combine milk, essential oil and components and reserve
- Add egg whites individually (approximately) and allow fully combine after every addition before including the next. In case your egg whites aren't at space temperature it is possible to microwave them for a couple seconds. Take care not to cook them! Chilly egg whites will curdle the batter.
