BETTER THAN TAKEOUT CHICKEN FRIED RICE



Ingredients

  • 1 pound poultry, about 2-3 poultry breasts, prepared and shredded
  • 3 cups cooked grain *
  • 2 Tbs sesame oil
  • 1 small whitened onion, chopped
  • 1 cup iced peas and carrots, thawed
  • 2-3 Tablespoons soy sauce (pretty much to flavor)
  • 2 eggs, gently beaten
  • 2 Tbsp chopped natural onions (optional)

Directions

  1. Make and shred the poultry. I recommend cooking it inside a slow cooker with this teryiaki sauce. (observe notes below)
  2. Preheat a big skillet or wok to moderate warmth. Pour sesame essential oil in underneath. Add whitened onion and peas and carrots and fry until sensitive.
  3. Slip the onion, peas and carrots aside, and put the beaten eggs onto another side. Utilizing a spatula, scramble the eggs. As soon as cooked, blend the eggs using the vegetable mix.
  4. Add the grain and chicken towards the veggie and egg combination. Pour the soy sauce at the top. Mix and fry the grain and veggie combination until warmed through and mixed. Add chopped natural onions if preferred.
