Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion, peeled and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 lbs chuck steak, sliced up thinly
- 3 large Roma tomato vegetables, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 cup drinking water or meat broth
- 2 moderate potatoes, peeled and cubed
- sodium and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Inside a dutch stove or broad skillet over moderate heat, heat essential oil.
