Julia's Meat Bourguignon and Garlic Mashed Potatoes

I was feeling just a little Julia Child-inspired, therefore i decided to create her famous meat bourguignon. But, I didn’t quit there, I furthermore made her garlic clove mashed potatoes (which simply will be the best I’ve experienced).

- 1 tbsp essential olive oil
- 2 tbs unsalted butter
- 1/2 lb whitened mushrooms, wiped clear with a moist paper towel

- 2 heads of garlic clove, cloves separated
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup hot dairy
- sodium and pepper
- 2 and 1/2 pounds baking potatoes
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3-4 tbsp large cream
- 1/4 mug minced parsley
Directions:
for the meat bourguignon:
- Preheat stove to 450 levels.
