These meatballs certainly are a slightly different undertake the large pork meatballs therefore popular in China and taiwan. Ingredients

  • 1 pound floor pork
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 3 garlic clove cloves , minced
  • 2 teaspoons brownish sugar
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon five-spice powder
  • 2 pinches ground whitened pepper
  • 3 tablespoons peanut oil

Sauce

  • Natural onions or chives for garnish (reduce green ends to obtain tiny circles
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons nice soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons seafood sauce
  • 1 teaspoon grain vinegar
  • 2-3 tablespoons sriracha sauce (optional)
  • Natural onions or chives for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a big bowl, mix the pork, cornstarch, ginger,garlic, brownish sugars, soy sauce, five-spice natural powder, and pepper, and blend well.
  2. Move 1 heaping tablespoon of pork combination into a golf ball and carry on until all of the pork mixture can be used. (about 20 little meatballs)
