Better Than Take-Out Fried Rice

We love deep-fried rice! This can be a fast and simple version that I really believe originates from Pampered Chef.

Method:Stir-Fry

Ingredients
4 c rice, prepared
1/2 lb boneless chicken white meat, cooked and reduce into bite-size items. or same level of medium-size prepared shrimp.
1 c peas and carrots, frozen
1 whitened onion, chopped
2 clove garlic, minced
2 eggs
3 Tbsp sesame oil
1/4 c soy sauce


Steps to make MUCH BETTER THAN Take-Out Fried Rice

  1. Heat sesame essential oil in a big skillet on moderate heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic clove, peas, and carrots. Mix fry until sensitive.
  3. Break eggs into skillet and scramble, combining throughout vegetables.
  4. Add rice, poultry or shrimp or both, and soy sauce to pan. Mix to mix all components and eliminate from warmth. Enjoy!
