Better Than Take-Out Fried Rice

We love deep-fried rice! This can be a fast and simple version that I really believe originates from Pampered Chef.
Serves:5-6

Method:Stir-Fry
Ingredients
4 c rice, prepared
1/2 lb boneless chicken white meat, cooked and reduce into bite-size items. or same level of medium-size prepared shrimp.
1 c peas and carrots, frozen
1 whitened onion, chopped
2 clove garlic, minced
2 eggs
3 Tbsp sesame oil
1/4 c soy sauce

Steps to make MUCH BETTER THAN Take-Out Fried Rice
- Heat sesame essential oil in a big skillet on moderate heat.
- Add onion, garlic clove, peas, and carrots. Mix fry until sensitive.
- Break eggs into skillet and scramble, combining throughout vegetables.
- Add rice, poultry or shrimp or both, and soy sauce to pan. Mix to mix all components and eliminate from warmth. Enjoy!
