- 1 lb moderate shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon pure essential olive oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 1⁄2 cups white wines, I take advantage of chardonnay
- 1⁄2 fresh lemon, Fruit juice only
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1⁄2 mug softened butter
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1⁄2 mug grated parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Heat cast metal skillet and include olive oil.
- Include shrimp and prepare until tender no longer translucent, decrease heat. Eliminate Shrimp and reserve.
- Add garlic clove and prepare 2-3 minutes. Don't allow garlic to brownish - it'll ensure it is bitter.
- Add white wines, and lemon fruit juice.
