CRACK CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE

CRACK CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1- 6.9 ounce package poultry rice a roni
  • 1 mug carrots, sliced
  • 1/2 cup natural pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely diced
  • 1- 10.5 ounce can gel of poultry soup
  • 1 mug sour cream
  • 2 cups prepared rotisserie chicken white meat, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon dark pepper
  • 1/2 mug shredded razor-sharp cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the stove to 350 levels. Grease a 9x13 cooking dish.
  2. Make the rice a roni in accordance with package directions, including the carrots, natural pepper and onion within the last five minutes of cooking.
  3. Stir within the lotion soup, sour lotion, chicken white meat and dark pepper. Eliminate from heat.
