It seems elegant, but you’ll quickly find out it’s shockingly easy. It’s the very best usage of both wines & cheese in one recipe!

Ingredients
- 8 oz pkg sliced up child bella mushrooms
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 large boneless, skinless poultry breasts
- 1/2 mug flour
- 1/3 mug butter
- 1/2 cup poultry broth
- 1/4 mug Marsala wine
- sodium & pepper, to taste
- 1/2 tbsp corn starch + 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 mug shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 mug shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2-3 natural onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Cut each chicken white meat evenly in two, lengthwise. Individually, place a bit of chicken among two linens of durable plastic wrap. Utilizing the flat side of the meats mallet, flatten the breasts out to a 1/4" width. Repeat for all your pieces of poultry.
