Healthful No Bake Chocolates Chip Blondies will change the method that you eat snacks!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 mug + 2 tablespoons coconut flour, sifted
  • 1/2 mug mashed banana
  • 1/4 mug peanut butter
  • 1/4 mug honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolates chips


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Collection an 8×4 loaf skillet with parchment papers.
  2. In a big dish, mash the banana, include peanut butter, honey, and vanilla. After the mixture will be cohesive and creamy, add the coconut flour and mix well. The ultimate step would be to add in chocolates chips and mix.
  3. Spread mixture right into a lined pan together with your hands, pressing straight down and spreading equally, to about 1/2 solid. Refrigerate for 1-2 hrs until firm.
  4. Picking right up the parchment papers, remove from skillet and reduce into personal squares.
  5. You can cover them separately or within an airtight box and refrigerate them for weekly. They can furthermore be wrapped separately and frozen for a month.



NOTES
